History, Experience and Qualifications
Spectrum Holidays has detailed first hand knowledge of many destinations including Alaska, Canada, USA and South East Asia. We utilise our specialist knowledge and experience to develop custom made holidays for our clients that are enjoyable, practical and affordable. We have access to wholesale airfares which can be incorporated into holiday packages along with accommodation, transfers, sightseeing tours, rail and ferryliner travel.

We are a one hundred percent Australian owned family business which has been operating for the past twenty years. During this time we have organised thousands of holidays for our clients. All of our staff have traveled widely and on average have eighteen years of experience in the industry. We aim to provide friendly and personalised service.

We have built up long standing relationships with hotels, tour operators, airlines and transportation companies in each region. Our business policy is to deal only with reputable and reliable companies in each destination.

Our office is located in Melbourne at 511 Whitehorse Rd, Mitcham, 3132. We are fully Licensed Travel Agents (licence numbers 30476 and 30903) and members of: International Air Transport Association (IATA), Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA), Travel Compensation Fund (TCF) and United Travel Agents Group (UTAG).

We are officially recognised by the Alaska Travel Industry Association and Canadian Tourist Authorities as Alaska Certified Experts and Canada Specialists respectively.

Each year we participate in the compulsory audits which are undertaken for the Travel Compensation Fund. We are proud to have achieved perfect scores in every audit. All client monies are held in a Trust Account with the Commonwealth Bank.
