30,000 Australians visit Alaska each year, but only 1% really see it

On the Alaska Ferries you’ll navigate your way through narrow sheltered stretches of the Inside Passage that large cruise vessels cannot access. On board the atmosphere is friendly, casual and relaxed. The locals also use the Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS) as a main form of transport between towns along the Inside Passage and they enjoy having a chat with us travellers.
