Inside Passage - Independent Tour

9 Days / 8 Nights

Alaska's Inside Passage comprises a thousand islands with hundreds of small communities, connected only by the sheltered waterways.  The Alaska Marine Highway System uses a fleet of ferries to allow residents and visitors to 'drive' from town to town.  The forest and glacier covered mountains provide shelter from the Pacific Ocean while creating some of the world's most spectacular scenery.

Indicative Price: AUD$ 3,200 per person (twin share)

Day 3: Skagway to Juneau - this morning you board an Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS) Ferry.  Local residents use the AMHS as means of transportation between the towns along the Inside Passage.  The facilities on-board include; observation decks, dining room, bar and gift shop.  Park Rangers often provide free lectures on topics such as wildlife, local history and culture.
